With a proven background supporting at executive level, I am an accomplished Executive Assistant and Office Manager offering years of administrative experience and Support.

A consummate professional dedicated to making the lives of busy executives easier within fast paced environments, supporting more than 1 person and managing multiple projects.

I have over 10 years of senior administrative experience in the financial services, technology, and working with high net worth entrepreneurs. I have supported Key Management Executives and Board members for global organisations, but now run my own Private PA Secretarial Service based in the London/Kent area. However there are no geographical limits for our Virtual Work.

I have advanced knowledge of MS Office programs, Mac programs, Audio Typing 50wpm, Shorthand 100wpm, Powerpoint presentations, Global Travel itineraries and Event Planning.

Qualified with Distinction with Honours from Oxford Media Business School - 2004.

I am passionate about supporting efficiency, creativity and improved methods of working. I have over five years demonstrable experience working within transformation project roles and over ten years experience in supporting senior executives (and often more than one person), at the highest level.
Having lived and worked overseas (as well as the UK), I am comfortable with change and unpredictability and have the ability to adopt flexibility and adapt to my clients’ needs.

I have advanced knowledge of all MS Office programs, Project toolkits and methodologies (qualified in Lean Six Sigma and a Prince II Practitioner), Audio Typing 50wpm, PowerPoint presentations and have worked with a number of tailored systems implementations so am comfortable with most CRMs and in-house software.
